Consent Granted For Kennards Self Storage Wairau Valley

June 18, 2018 by Andrew Kirkham

Auckland City Council recently gave Resource Consent to Kennards Self Storage to develop its third Auckland location.

Kennards acquired the property in late 2016. The company plans are to develop a five-level purpose-built storage centre. Construction will commence before the end of 2018.

The highly visible property is conveniently located at the motorway intersection with Wairau Valley Road.

The project will boast all the latest innovations, amenities and highest quality standards that Kennards Self Storage include in projects.

There will be comprehensive video and audio surveillance with high definition digital CCTV system.

Access will be controlled by P.I.N. while every single storage unit will be alarmed.
