Hawkes Bay To Get More Space
The surging population of Hawkes Bay has seen demand soar for space with Kennards Self Storage in this area.
In response, Kennards has acquired a parcel of land in Hastings and will develop a new storage centre in the near future.
While Kennards already has one storage centre at 101a Southampton Road Hastings, the new location at 816 Omahu Road will complement the existing centre.
Located 3.5km from the existing location, 816 Omahu Road provides a convenient alternative to customers in the Western side of Hastings.
The property will be developed into a 350 unit storage centre. Construction will commence at the end of the existing lease-term.
The new storage centre will embrace the latest innovations and quality standards seen in all the latest Kennards Self Storage centres, these include high definition digital CCTV recording, individual door alarms and computer-controlled customer access.
There will also be a full range retaill store with every box, wrap, tape and board anyone will ever need to pack and move.
Kennards Self Storage are actively expanding their New Zealand network. In late 2018, the company will start construction on their property in Wairau Valley, north Auckland. This will be the ninth New Zealand asset.
The 816 Omahu Road Hastings centre will be the tenth for the company in New Zealand.
